Step 1

Push the ball core in the direction of the arrow to the maximum with the thumbs of both hands.

Step 2

One of your thumb hold the ball core to prevent it rebound and the other hand hold the ball, insert the thumb and index finger into the finger holes of the silicone sleeve.

Step 3

Move your thumb away to release the rotor, rotate your wrist in a circular motion to start the RunOrb, gradually increase strength and speed with inertia.
